 Womb in Bloom Pregnancy Tips

Friends of Womb in Bloom share their pregnancy tips

  • Have you noticed *girl* pregnancies are *bundles* all in the front, and if you stand behind the pregnant lady,
  • you can still her waist indentation and can not see her belly bump at the sides.
  • and the *boy* pregnancies, well they make sure that the mum to be has a weight gain to the bottom and
  •  back side of the hips (just what we girls don't need)

Friends of Womb in Bloom share their breast feeding tips

  • Remember to *look after yourself*.. the golden rule to feeding is *one glass of water before a feed,

one during and one after*

  • Let baby drink one breast dry before moving onto the second breast (if at all). The end part of the milk (hind milk)

is compared to the "roast dinner" where the middle part is the "sandwiches or salad" and first part of each feed is

compared to "soup and toast".

  • Gingernuts...and now they come in handy *mini's* are just great for helping to ward off that *morning sickness*

especially the one that lingers......
