Terms of Use
Any order placed by yourself via this Website constitutes an offer by you to Womb in Bloom Ltd to purchase a particular product for the price (including delivery and other charges) specified in this Website at the time you place your order. Womb in Bloom reserves the right to accept or reject any offer for any reason, including, but not limited to, an error or omission in the price or the product description, or an error in your order. No binding contract shall be formed unless Womb in Bloom Ltd communicates to you that it has accepted your order and payment of the purchase price has been confirmed.
We make every effort to keep our Website stock up to date, however please accept our apology if your chosen style, size or colour is not available at the time of order confirmation, all stock is subject to availability. Every effort is made to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible; however these may be distorted by individual computer monitors.
All prices quoted are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of 12.5% GST. Prices are correct at the time of purchase but are subject to change without notice.
Payment
Womb in Bloom accepts Visa and MasterCard payments through our secure server.
We also accept Direct Bank deposits/Internet banking from our N.Z customers only. Please contact us via email for our bank details if you would like to pay via internet banking.
We will accept cheques/Bank cheques as a method of payment from our New Zealand shoppers only and these are required to be cleared before the processing and dispatching of your order. Please contact us via email to make the necessary arrangement prior to posting of any cheques.
Orders are subject to payment verification and acceptance before they are shipped.
International orders
If you are outside of New Zealand, and wish to place an order, please contact us via email, quoting the item number, size and colour.
International shipping charges will be quoted individually. These will be notified to you by return email and you must confirm acceptance of these charges before your order will commence processing.
Your order will not be processed or dispatched until payment verification is made.
Local import duties may be payable when you receive your order. It is your responsibility to pay this.
Secure Ordering
Womb in Bloom has contracted Direct Payment Solutions (DPS) for online credit card processing. The DPS website uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. This is a method of ensuring that information submitted is secure and cannot be accessed by unauthorized users. Your credit card information is encrypted using a special certificate key and then decrypted with another key after it has been transmitted. When you access the DPS website secured with SSL you will see the url prefix change from http: // to https: //.
Prices
Prices on this website are expressed in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
The total cost of your purchase including shipping will be shown in New Zealand Dollars on your credit card statement.
Prices are correct at the time of purchase, but are subject to change without notice.
Guarantee
Goods sold by Womb in Bloom Ltd are covered under The Consumer Guarantees Act (1994) of New Zealand.
Any disputes rising between Womb in Bloom Ltd and the consumer will be determined by the Courts and/or Tribunals in New Zealand.
Returns & Exchanges
Our products are designed with great care and we hope you are pleased with them. However if for any reason you are not, please return them unused and in the original packaging with labels attached within 14 days and we will refund or exchange them for you. Please include a copy of the order confirmation with your return. Please note we are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrect or faulty items.
Womb in Bloom Ltd reserves the right not to exchange on Sale items.
Sadly we cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us, so please obtain a certificate of posting as proof of postage.

At Womb in Bloom Ltd we are committed to protecting the privacy of any information provided to us by our customers. Your personal details and account information is important information and we respect this.
Any personal information that you submit will be protected by our Secure Server. We may on occasions use this information to notify you of any special promotions or items that may be of interest to you.
Womb in Bloom will not sell or trade your personal information to any third party organizations or individuals without your consent, other than third party suppliers in the delivery of services you have agreed to.
By using Womb in Bloom you are consenting to the collection of your information by Womb in Bloom Ltd.
You have the right to access and modify any data about you that is held by Womb in Bloom Ltd. We will minimize the amount of information you need to provide about yourself before you reach the checkout area of the Womb in Bloom website. The information you provide when purchasing will be limited to that needed for you to purchase.
Delivery
Womb in Bloom Ltd will dispatch orders once payment verification and acceptance has been has been reported.
This includes the clearance of cheques showing as *Clear funds* and the appearance of monies paid by Direct Bank Deposits/Internet Banking into our bank account.
Womb in Bloom will dispatch orders within New Zealand using:
N.Z Post parcels, sent via Tracked Parcel Post.
Up to three items will cost $6.00.
Orders over $300.00 will be sent *freight free* to the customer.
Additional freight charges may be incurred by heavy/bulky items as well as deliveries to rural and remote locations within New Zealand. These will be determined and notified to the customer prior to final payment in conjunction with New Zealand Post fees.
Orders will be dispatched on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons. Items may take 2-4 working days, depending on the area.
